Mr. Nadukuditi Teja, our esteemed Director, plays a pivotal and transformative role in bringing the visionary aspirations of the NER group to life. As an influential and forward-thinking leader, he has demonstrated exceptional dedication and unwavering commitment in realizing the collective vision of providing exceptional education to students. With his dynamic and innovative leadership, he has spearheaded the strategic direction of our vibrant school, ensuring effective and enriching educational experiences for our students.
Mr. Nadukuditi Teja is characterized by his progressive, visionary, and empathetic mindset, boundless enthusiasm, and a natural inclination for mentoring and counselling. With a Bachelor's degree in Technology from SRM University Chennai and a Bachelor's in Education, amongst other qualifications, he combines his multidisciplinary knowledge to create a holistic educational environment that leaves a profound and lasting impact on the present generation. His unwavering belief is that instilling social responsibility and a strong sense of ownership in children is a crucial and transformative component of holistic education.
Having excelled in various managerial, functional, and administrative roles, Mr. Nadukuditi Teja's true passion lies in social entrepreneurship and youth empowerment. He has initiated numerous dynamic and empowering youth activities in and around Ranasthalam, his birthplace, moulding the young generation into lifelong learners and compassionate global citizens. His tireless dedication, indomitable spirit, and boundless energy drive him to constantly strive for excellence, foster innovation, and make a lasting and positive difference in the lives of students.
