Message from the Dean of Admissions:

Dear Parent / Guardian,

“The real issue in Education is to see when the child leaves the school; he/she is well-established in goodness both outwardly and inwardly”.

J.Krishnamurty

Choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make in your child’s life.

Welcome to NER School, where we are raising the standards of Education through a holistic curriculum and a spectrum of enriching and developmental activities to ensure a bright future for your child. NER is a progressive, child-centred, residential and co-educational school that believes in education with a difference. We aim to prepare our pupils for life itself and for global citizenship in the twenty-first century. The school is a gift to the people of the Ranasthalam by the NER Education Society. It has a proud past, an impressive present and a promising future and it has established itself as one of the premier boarding schools of India.

The Selection of students for admission to the school is done from classes Play Group to 8. All prospective parents are expected to register their wards for the Entrance Test. The Admission procedure includes a Written Test followed by an Interview in the presence of the parents on the same day.

A merit list is prepared based on the performance of the candidates both in Written tests and interviews. Computation of result is done with 80% weightage given to the Written Test and 20% to the Interview. The merit list is published on our website and the Admissions Office contacts the parents of the successful candidates individually.

The Academic year starts in the month of June every year.
